Job Summary
The Business Manager plays a crucial role in the promotion of RV financing and insurance products while actively managing partnerships with lenders to obtain favorable rates. This position also involves ensuring adherence to both federal and state regulations and providing education to the sales team regarding finance and leasing options.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sales of RV financing and insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders for competitive rate acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team on finance and leasing products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in finance and insurance (F&I).
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A college degree or equivalent experience in finance is preferred.
