Job Summary
The Business Process Consultant plays a crucial role in assisting clients with the transformation of business needs into effective ServiceNow configurations focused on Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal sectors. This position involves leading design workshops, establishing future-state business processes, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of user stories to guarantee successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in the conversion of business requirements into ServiceNow configurations.
- Conduct design workshops to uncover and define future-state processes.
- Manage and oversee the lifecycle of user stories to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of consulting experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Legal operations and technology.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.
