The position involves serving as a reliable consultant to small business proprietors by showcasing and personalizing security measures and innovative business solutions. The role also includes recognizing potential business opportunities and performing follow-up actions post-installation to maintain customer satisfaction and foster enduring relationships.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to small business owners on security and smart business solutions.
- Customize offerings based on individual client needs to enhance security and efficiency.
- Identify and pursue new business leads to expand the client base.
- Conduct follow-ups after installations to ensure client satisfaction and support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary for travel.
- Comfortable with technology and related tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel within a designated region using a personal vehicle.
