**Job Title: CAD Drafter**
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and refining both 2D and 3D models intended for manufacturing in alignment with customer specifications and initial sketches. You will uphold drafting standards, oversee the organization of production drawing files, and ensure smooth communication between engineering and manufacturing teams. Candidates should have a background in 2D CAD drafting, with a strong preference for those who also have 3D modeling experience. An associate degree in drafting is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid mechanical aptitude, proficiency in mathematics, and a good understanding of engineering concepts.
