The position focuses on fostering connections with fundraising volunteers and executing peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives to achieve financial targets. The manager will work closely with various internal teams to promote the organization’s mission and arrange events to engage and cultivate donors. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, alongside 4-6 years of relevant work experience. Essential qualifications include proficiency in MS Office, excellent sales and relationship development abilities, and a proven track record in managing volunteers and intricate fundraising campaigns.
