**Job Title: Capability Coordinator**
The Capability Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the complete onboarding and training processes to guarantee that the workforce is prepared and adheres to safety standards within manufacturing environments. This role also includes monitoring performance indicators and spearheading initiatives for ongoing improvement aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, and familiarity with methodologies such as IWS, TPM, or OPEX is essential.
