Job description
The Captain/Sommelier oversees the wine selection, maintains inventory levels, and offers specialized advice to patrons. This role also includes training and mentoring the service staff to guarantee exceptional dining experiences. Applicants should have 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced fine dining environment and hold a CMS Level 1 or a similar service-related certification. Excellent communication abilities, fundamental math skills, and the capacity to lift 40 pounds are necessary for this position.
