This role also focuses on boosting sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and addressing operational challenges in a dynamic environment. The preferred candidate will have previous management or supervisory experience with a history of accountability and achieving outcomes. They should be at ease working in a physically demanding outdoor environment and demonstrate excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
