Job description
**Job Title: Nurse Manager**
The Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising the daily clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care within the CVICU. This role involves leading the nursing team, overseeing unit performance, and applying evidence-based practices to achieve the objectives of the organization. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a minimum of five years of nursing experience, which includes at least two years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. A current, unrestricted Registered Nursing license for Georgia is mandatory, along with BLS certification.
