**Job Title: Assisted Living Director**
The Assisted Living Director spearheads the health services operations, guaranteeing high-quality care and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, and fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and the broader community. Applicants should possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of three years’ experience in assisted living or long-term care settings. Additionally, at least two years of leadership experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have obtained a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) credential.
