Job Summary
The Care Partner plays a crucial role in delivering personal care and support to residents in assisted living and memory care facilities. This position focuses on enhancing the quality of life for residents by addressing their daily living needs and ensuring a safe, respectful atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to residents, addressing their daily living requirements.
- Document any changes in residents’ conditions accurately.
- Assist in meal service and ensure residents receive appropriate dietary care.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be able to pass background checks, fingerprinting, and drug screenings.
- Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with residents and staff.
- Willingness to work on weekends and participate in a rotating holiday schedule.
