**Job Title: Care Partner**
The Care Partner is responsible for delivering direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, aiding patients with daily living tasks and ensuring their comfort. This role involves executing specialized technical procedures, including phlebotomy and straightforward treatments, while also managing unit supplies and maintaining precise patient records. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have completed a state-recognized Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician program. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory at the time of hiring.
