**Care Team Manager**
The Care Team Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the pharmacy, supervising a team of about 38 professionals, which includes both pharmacists and technicians. This role entails enhancing workflow efficiency, monitoring performance indicators, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and facilitating prompt medication distribution. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in managing large, multidisciplinary healthcare or operational teams. A solid command of Microsoft Office is necessary, along with the capacity to familiarize oneself with pharmacy operational systems, and a comprehensive understanding of applicable regulatory guidelines.
