Job Summary
The individual in this role will deliver vital personal care and companionship to elderly clients in their residences. This includes aiding with everyday activities, preparing meals, and supporting overall client health and well-being through attentive monitoring and documentation. Safe transportation to medical appointments is also a key component of this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship to senior clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document clients’ health and well-being.
- Transport clients safely to appointments and activities.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including transferring clients weighing up to 50 lbs.
