**Job Title: Care Partner**
Care Partners deliver empathetic, tailored direct support to residents, helping with daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, and personal grooming. They focus on ensuring the safety of residents, fostering independence, and creating a nurturing atmosphere through companionship and engaging activities. Applicants should have a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a valid state CNA or HCA license. Furthermore, a minimum of 12 months of caregiving experience and up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications are necessary.
