It is essential for them to accurately record care provided and keep an eye on any changes in the residents’ physical or mental health. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a CNA certification or pertinent caregiving experience. Additionally, having a current First Aid and CPR certification is a requirement for this position.
