Job Summary
The Case Dock Laborer plays a crucial role in supporting the production departments by ensuring a consistent supply of empty cases. This position also involves the upkeep of equipment within the designated area to promote a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that empty cases are readily available for production use.
- Maintain and monitor equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Oversee conveyor tracks to avert any potential delays in production.
- Confirm that the empty case area is completely stocked at the conclusion of each shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing or walking throughout the shift.
- Capability to work in a wet environment.
- Basic arithmetic skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
