Job description
**Job Title: Case Manager**
The Case Manager will oversee foster and adoptive households to guarantee adherence to state licensing requirements and contract specifications while overseeing the care and record-keeping for the children involved in the program. This individual will serve as a point of contact among families, the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), and various agencies to streamline the adoption process and offer support during crises. Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities. The position demands proficiency in multitasking, upholding confidentiality, and the availability of dependable transportation for frequent home visits.
