The specialist will accurately post patient and insurance payments while reconciling discrepancies in billing software. They will also collaborate with the team to streamline processes and ensure monthly posting goals are met. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare payment posting and strong knowledge of insurance processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERAs and EOBs are required.
