**IT Systems Administrator**
The IT Systems Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing and providing support for end-user computing environments, including hardware and software solutions for more than 200 users. This position entails managing IT support requests, analyzing system performance, and spearheading endpoint-centric projects to guarantee peak functionality. Ideal candidates will possess 1-3 years of experience in IT systems administration, alongside a strong grasp of Windows Active Directory, TCP/IP, and DNS protocols. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline is preferred, and U.S. citizenship is necessary to meet security clearance requirements.
