The Registered Nurse will provide empathetic, top-notch care by conducting essential assessments, administering proficient procedures, and developing tailored patient care plans. This role requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes and ensure seamless continuity of care through precise documentation. Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minimum of one year of RN experience. Additionally, candidates must have a Texas Registered Nurse license, as well as certifications in Basic Life Support (CPR) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
