The role of the Donor Support Technician involves preparing both donors and the necessary equipment for the pheresis procedure, as well as overseeing the process to guarantee safety and precision. This position also requires accurate documentation of donor information in the electronic system and the upkeep of a clean and secure workspace. Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of three months of relevant work experience, ideally in a healthcare or medical context. Strong basic math skills and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are essential.
