**Centralized Leasing Professional**
The Centralized Leasing Professional oversees the entire sales process, from generating leads to facilitating move-ins, all while fostering positive relationships with residents. This role also involves assisting onsite staff, preparing leasing documents, and ensuring adherence to affordable housing regulations. Applicants must possess a Property Manager’s or PMIC license and have previous experience with LIHTC Section 42. A high school diploma is mandatory, although a bachelor’s degree or two years of applicable experience in apartment management is preferred.
