Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for supporting residents in their daily living activities, including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and providing assistance with mobility. This position plays a crucial role in collaborating with the nursing staff to deliver exceptional care and ensure a safe, clean environment for all residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Collaborate closely with the nursing team to uphold high standards of care.
- Maintain a hygienic and safe environment for residents.
- Foster positive interactions and relationships with both residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current Massachusetts Nurse’s Aide Registration.
- Demonstrated passion for working with seniors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of job duties.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and team members.
