The Surgical Technologist plays a key role in preparing and upholding the sterility of surgical instruments, as well as providing assistance to the surgical team during operations. This position involves ensuring that the operating room is fully equipped and ready, conducting surgical counts, and facilitating a smooth workflow while adhering to rigorous aseptic techniques. Applicants must possess a valid Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential and an American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additionally, a minimum of 6 months of experience in a surgical environment is necessary.
