Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team on a part-time basis in Lafayette, Indiana. This position involves providing critical support within the operating room (OR) environment, contributing to efficient surgical procedures, and enhancing patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Assist with the handling of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Support the intraoperative workflow to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Maintain compliance with patient safety standards and HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required.
- Previous experience in a surgical environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
