The Charge Nurse manages daily department operations, coordinates patient care, and provides leadership support to unit staff. They also assist with recruiting, training, and maintaining clear communication with management regarding unit needs. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with at least one year of RN experience. Current state licensure and BLS certification are required upon hire, with additional certifications like ACLS required within three months.
