This role involves mentoring staff, promoting strategic growth in rural areas, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations. Candidates should possess a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration. Additionally, applicants must have at least 7 to 10 years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in managing multiple outpatient locations.
