Job Summary
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) plays a pivotal role in managing the bank’s retail banking network, overseeing deposit operations, and directing the treasury management sector. This position is essential for fostering growth and enhancing operational efficiency within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the bank’s retail banking network.
- Oversee deposit operations and treasury management business functions.
- Execute the strategic plans to drive organizational growth.
- Administer departmental budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of ten years of progressive senior leadership experience in bank operations or treasury management.
- Professional certifications such as AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) are preferred.
- Demonstrated success in deposit growth and system integrations.
