**Child Watch Worker**
The Child Watch Worker is responsible for overseeing children within a residential facility, ensuring their safety and fulfilling their essential needs while facilitating developmental activities. This position includes keeping the environment tidy and effectively communicating with mothers and staff about the children’s development and well-being. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and have a minimum of one year of experience in childcare. This role mandates successful completion of criminal background checks and drug screenings, as well as current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and seizure response.
