Job Summary
The Childcare Manager is responsible for guiding the childcare team to cultivate a secure and inviting atmosphere, prioritizing an outstanding experience for families. This role involves overseeing operational functions and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the childcare staff to foster a positive environment.
- Manage scheduling of operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to the childcare facility.
- Ensure the facility adheres to all safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the childcare industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Possession of a valid CPR certification.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
