Job description
The Site Director is accountable for overseeing program adherence to state regulations and managing everyday operations such as staff scheduling and attendance monitoring. This role also involves organizing interactive activities for children and maintaining regular communication with their families. Ideal candidates should possess an associate degree or comparable qualifications in a relevant area, along with a minimum of two years of experience with children and at least one year in a leadership position. Additionally, applicants should be capable of fulfilling physical requirements, which include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
