**Store Manager**
The Store Manager plays a critical role in overseeing every facet of the store’s operations, focusing on fostering a positive work environment and guiding team members towards achieving sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). This position requires a commitment to driving sustainable business growth while aligning with the company’s vision, values, and operational standards. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, ideally within the fast fashion sector, and have a solid history of leading successful teams. Essential skills include expertise in visual merchandising, sales performance analysis, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
