Job description
The Shift Leader plays a pivotal role in managing the daily functions of the store, which encompasses guiding the team, overseeing inventory control, and handling cash transactions. Responsibilities also include ensuring that food is prepared to high standards and delivering outstanding customer service, all while keeping the environment clean and organized. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and have dependable transportation to the job site. The position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods and to lift weights of up to 20 lbs, and having a ServSafe certification is recommended.
