Job description
**Site Director**
The Site Director is responsible for maintaining high standards of program quality on a daily basis, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to Pennsylvania DHS/OCDEL regulations. Their role includes facilitating interactive activities, overseeing attendance records, and acting as a communication bridge between families and school management. Candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline like Early Childhood Education or Child Development, along with 1 to 4 years of experience commensurate with their educational background. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and demonstrate physical ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
