Job description
The Continuous Improvement Engineer (CI Engineer) plays a crucial role in advancing continuous improvement initiatives such as cost reduction, waste management, and productivity enhancement within the Olathe facility. This position involves leading Kaizen events, refining manufacturing processes, and working alongside cross-functional teams to address technical challenges. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Lean manufacturing methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and effective leadership skills is essential to facilitate process enhancements and oversee cross-departmental projects.
