Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for steering transportation projects, cultivating client relationships, and supervising project execution to guarantee quality and profitability. This role will also involve mentoring team members, engaging in business development efforts, and assisting in the annual business strategy of the group.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage transportation projects from initiation to completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure project production meets quality standards and financial goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to staff members.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.
- Assist in the group’s annual business planning process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin.
- At least 8 years of experience in transportation design and project management.
