Job Summary
The role entails conducting detailed on-site inspections and assessments of property damages related to both residential and commercial claims. This position involves cooperating with policyholders and various stakeholders to thoroughly investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims in a timely manner while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site inspections to assess damages to properties.
- Collaborate with policyholders and stakeholders to facilitate the claims process.
- Investigate and evaluate claims efficiently to determine settlements.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the claims handling process.
- Engage in physical activities such as climbing ladders and traversing roofs as necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess and evaluate damage claims.
- Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple claims and maintain detailed records.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is essential.
- Preferred background in property insurance or construction-related fields.
