Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an associate degree or relevant college coursework is preferred.
- Experience in medical eligibility assessments, financial counseling, or healthcare billing is essential.
- Familiarity with programs such as Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and Medicare is important.
