**Job Title: Claims Service Representative**
The Claims Service Representative is responsible for examining, assessing, and negotiating less complex insurance claims, while adhering to all regulatory standards. This role involves direct communication with policyholders and claimants to clarify benefits and address claim concerns within their scope of authority. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of education and experience, along with less than a year of previous claims experience. Proficiency in computer skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and advanced communication skills are essential for success in this position.
