The Manager will oversee the strategic direction, framework, and development of the Client Accounting Services (CAS) division, while enhancing the firm’s service offering. This role includes designing efficient workflows, providing mentorship to staff, and acting as a dependable advisor for major clients. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity in CAS or outsourced accounting. A demonstrated history of establishing or revitalizing a practice is essential, along with a CPA or an equivalent professional certification being highly desirable.
