Job Summary
The Client Service Associate plays a vital role in providing support to the advisor by organizing their calendar, handling account documentation, and addressing client service inquiries such as Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) and fund transfers. This position also involves maintaining accurate client records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, creating summary spreadsheets, and assisting during estate planning document signings. Candidates should exhibit a high level of precision, self-motivation, and professionalism when dealing with wealthy clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the advisor’s schedule and calendar effectively.
- Process various account-related paperwork promptly.
- Address client service requests, including RMDs and the movement of assets.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Prepare summary spreadsheets for client accounts.
- Provide assistance during estate plan signing appointments.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in an office setting.
- Exceptional communication skills for professional interactions with clients.
- Experience in financial services is advantageous.
- Must have a clean background check.
