Key responsibilities encompass supervising staff, developing policies, monitoring compliance, and engaging actively as part of the leadership team. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree paired with five years in a human services environment. It is essential for applicants to exhibit strong skills in interpreting regulations, as well as exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
