**Job Title: Payroll & HRIS Manager**
The Payroll & HRIS Manager is responsible for ensuring precise and compliant payroll functions across various states and locations, while also acting as the primary administrator for HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro. This position entails guiding payroll personnel, overseeing system setups, and collaborating with different departments to enhance workflows and maintain data accuracy. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 7 years of advanced experience in payroll and HRIS management. A strong technical background in UKG Pro, knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance, and effective leadership skills are crucial for success in this role.
