Job description
The Client Services Specialist is tasked with handling inquiries related to residential property insurance from both agents and clients through various communication methods. This role also includes carrying out administrative duties and engaging in projects that assist policy services. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in personal lines insurance or a customer contact center setting. An associate degree is preferred, and candidates should hold the appropriate insurance license for Florida.
