The Collections Specialist plays a pivotal role in recovering outstanding debts by engaging in negotiations for payment solutions and ensuring precise documentation of all collection activities. Exceptional client service must be upheld while strictly following the designated collection guidelines, procedures, and compliance standards. Applicants should have a high school diploma or its equivalent along with strong written and verbal communication abilities. The position also necessitates fundamental computer skills and the capability to thrive in a dynamic work setting with a flexible schedule.
