**Clinic Director**
The Clinic Director is responsible for the management of daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing strategic business plans for an outpatient opioid treatment program. This role involves leading a diverse team of professionals, overseeing the facility’s budget, and building partnerships within the community to enhance patient recovery efforts. Applicants should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to social, behavioral, or mental health services. Experience in profit and loss management, outpatient healthcare operations, and leadership in substance use disorder treatment or medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs is strongly preferred.
