Job Summary
The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing daily clinical functions, providing mentorship to staff, and coordinating comprehensive therapy and wellness services in a senior living environment. This role is crucial in enhancing resident participation and guaranteeing that high-quality care is delivered in a streamlined manner.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily clinical operations within the clinic.
- Mentor and support staff in their professional development.
- Coordinate various therapy and wellness services to ensure integrated care.

- Ensure the provision of seamless and quality care to residents.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid professional license in a therapy discipline, such as Physical Therapy (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapy (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
- Demonstrated previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role, particularly in managing clinical teams and program initiatives.
