Job Summary
The Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for leading a team to maintain high-quality standards and achieve essential deliverables within the pre-service department. This role involves facilitating problem-solving initiatives, overseeing team performance, and ensuring adherence to healthcare insurance regulations and payer policies.
