Job description
**Clinical Pharmacist**
The Clinical Pharmacist delivers extensive pharmaceutical care services, encompassing pharmacokinetics, management of anticoagulant therapy, and support for parenteral nutrition. This role also involves engaging in formulary management, performing medication reconciliations, and developing educational initiatives for both healthcare professionals and patients. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree or Doctorate in Pharmacy and have an active RPH license. A minimum of three years of clinical pharmacy experience or the completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency is mandatory.
