Job Summary
The Clinical Care Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the safety and efficiency of clinical operations. The ideal candidate will use their nursing expertise to provide high-quality care and support to patients, nursing staff, and clinical teams. This position emphasizes a compassionate approach to patient treatment and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to patients based on their individual needs.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about health issues, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document all patient interactions and care activities.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an Associate degree may be acceptable in some cases.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple patient needs simultaneously.
